As an ERA member, you now have 24/7 complimentary access to literally thousands of HR resources and documents that are maintained in our new online ERA Quick Reference: Forms, Tools & Advisories repository and highly regarded Bloomberg BNA HR Essentials repositories:

  • The new ERA Quick Reference: Forms, Tools & Advisories collection offers members easy access to ERA’s most popular, updated forms, policies, toolkits and manuals. This includes ERA’s Employee Handbook Template, the document most frequently requested by our membership.
  • The newly added Bloomberg BNA HR Essentials repository complements the ERA Quick Reference resources, providing many additional important forms and resources.. The repository (a $4500 value that is free to members) also offers analytical materials that provide background and related considerations for better understanding of the underlying HR issues. Other valuable Bloomberg BNA resources include federal and state law summaries, state law comparison charts and a FMLA leave calculator as well as additional job descriptions, HR forms and policies.

Members can find key documents such as sample employee handbook templates in both repositories.
