Robert joined Kao Corporation in 1999. In his current role he is responsible for Information Technology support of more than 25 country operations, 3000 associates and $1.5 billion in revenue,  in the Americas and EMEA, and driving technology synergies globally.  Prior to joining Kao, Mr. Garriott held Senior Management positions with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).  He has a track record of providing outstanding and stable services and solutions to his clients, as well as, successfully delivering on global, multi-business unit technology initiatives.  In addition to Robert's more than twenty-five years of experience, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.


Tiffany White, CPA
Principal at Clark Schaefer and Hackett


Tiffany leads the employee benefit plan audit practice in the Columbus office of Clark Schaefer Hackett (CSH), a position requiring a superior understanding of her deeply technical specialization. She also serves as co-chair of the firm’s employee benefit plan audit group, a committee charged with quality control, training, staffing and marketing in this practice area. CSH is currently one of the top 25 accounting firms in the United States auditing employee benefit plans.

Katharine C. Weber

Katharine has successfully assisted countless clients in handling their labor and employment issues, including litigation of wrongful discharge cases; discrimination cases; negotiating of collective bargaining agreements; representation of employers before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and other federal, Ohio and Kentucky agencies; advising management as to employment relations; drafting employee handbooks, and negotiating severance agreements. Katharine is extremely knowledgeable in the area of the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act, and brings sophisticated, yet easy to understand advice on handling and defending against sexual harassment claims. From helping clients analyze options and making recommendations on how to handle employee relations issues, to representing clients in complex discrimination cases, Katharine always provides creative solutions and passionate advocacy for her clients.


Jennifer Graft, SPHR, MBA

Jennifer joined ERA as President and CEO in January 2007. Her responsibilities include the day-to day operations and management of the Association, ensuring high quality delivery of services and expert advice to members, and the sales and marketing of our services. She believes the 3 core areas of her responsibility are strategy, sales, and culture. Jennifer leads a team of over 20 staff members, in 2 offices, who provide a breadth of Human Resources services and programs to our diverse membership of over 1,400 organizations in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. Jennifer has over sixteen years working in human resources and business management, in the healthcare, retail and service industries. Prior to joining the Association, Jennifer was the Managing Director for the Cincinnati office of a global career transition and organizational consulting firm.

Thomas L. Kirkpatrick
President and Chief Executive Officer, Eco Engineering, Inc.

Mr. Kirkpatrick’s career spans over 40 years in Business Development, Sales Management, Marketing and Human Resources.  He became the owner, President and CEO of Eco Engineering in September 1998 when it was a 6-person $600,000 Company.

Eco Engineering today is a national design build lighting contractor that works across North America who is committed to providing economically sound and ecologically smart energy saving solutions that deliver total customer satisfaction.  Eco recommends and implements lighting and lighting control projects with compelling paybacks that help customers reduce operating expenses, boost productivity and positively impact the environment through reduced energy consumption.

Mr. Kirkpatrick spent 19 years with the Procter & Gamble Company, progressing through positions of increasing responsibility in Sales Management, Marketing, and Human Resources.  During his tenure at P&G, Mr. Kirkpatrick was responsible for managing both the Eastern and Western Sales Divisions, and held positions as Corporate Market Manager, and Manager of Sales Recruiting, Training and Development.

In 1995, Mr. Kirkpatrick was named Vice President, Market Development for MATRIXX Marketing, Inc., the global teleservices and customer care subsidiary of Cincinnati Bell.  While at MATRIXX, Mr. Kirkpatrick was the senior executive responsible for US sales and marketing activities.  Under his leadership the organization grew from $226M to $447M in annual revenues in only three years.

At Eco Engineering, Mr. Kirkpatrick is responsible for the overall management of the firm, including strategic planning, business partnerships, finance and human resources.  He believes in the long-term benefits of energy conservation and approaches each project with the knowledge that the work performed will make the world a better place for future generations.  Eco Engineering exceeded $33 Million in revenue in 2016, and now has over 100 employees.

He is a graduate of Michigan State University, where he was formerly President of the Board of Advisors of the Management Department of the Broad school of Business.  He also completed the Executive Development Program of the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. In 2001, he was named an Energy Smart Leader for the Ohio Energy Project.  Mr. Kirkpatrick has been a featured speaker at numerous industry and trade association conferences delivering practical, hands-on advice about the financial benefits of an energy savings lighting initiative. He has had several articles published in a variety of trade journals.  He also gives back to community through his volunteer work with United Way, as a May festival Board of Directors member, and he served as former President of the Board of Trustees for the Episcopal Community Services Foundation and Senior Warden at St. Barnabas Episcopal Church.

Todd K. McCoy, CPA
Vice President for Finance & Risk Management for the University of Kentucky Federal Credit Union

Todd is the Vice President for Finance & Risk Management for the University of Kentucky Federal Credit Union in Lexington, KY.  In this role, he leads the financial reporting, asset/liability management, internal audit, risk management and compliance functions for the credit union.  He also serves on the senior management team for the credit union.  In addition to UKFCU, Todd has worked as a CPA for both large and small firms in Kentucky and industries varying from horse farms, consultancies and financial institutions. 

Todd is a member of the KYCPA Relations with Bankers Committee, the Credit Union National Association's CFO Council, and the Blue Grass Chapter of Credit Unions.   He graduated from the University of Kentucky with a degree in economics.

Jill Snitcher McQuain

Jill Snitcher McQuain is the Executive Director of the Columbus Bar Association and a Certified Association Executive.  She received her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and her law degree from Capital University Law School, with a concentration in governmental affairs.  Snitcher McQuain was admitted to practice law in Ohio in 1999 and previously practiced in the area of attorney discipline and the unauthorized practice of law. She is a Past President of the Women Lawyers of Franklin County, and is a member of the Columbus, Ohio State, and American Bar Associations.  

Bill Nolan
Managing Partner of Barnes & Thornburg LLP


William A. Nolan serves as the Managing Partner of Barnes & Thornburg LLP’s Ohio offic,e,which he opened in 2009. He is a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment Law Department. He works to bring attentiveness and clarity to employment, contract, and other disputes, and helps clients build teams, policies and processes to minimize the frequency and severity of disputes.

Bill's litigation and trial work includes covenant not to compete and trade secret cases in federal and state courts throughout the country. He regularly defends employers in discrimination and discharge lawsuits and administrative proceedings, and is experienced in wage and hour, contract and tort litigation, and arbitrations and mediations.

Bill speaks and writes extensively on many of the above topics, as well as about effective attorney/client relationships and managing legal costs. He authors the Ohio chapters of four BNA state-by-state treatises, Trade Secrets, Covenants Not to Compete, Employee Duty of Loyalty, and Tortious Interference with Contracts. He also serves as a volunteer mediator for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Craig Oaks, SPHR, SCP

Craig has spent his career building profound experience in managing human resources for such companies as Comair Airlines, Cornerstone Brands, Apex Supply Chain Technologies and Gold Medal Products. Under his leadership, he has directed strategic planning, innovated processes and deployed effective employee relations programs. In addition to Craig’s more than twenty years of experience in Human Resources, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Cincinnati.



Stacy Toki
Director of Human Resources


Stacy Toki is the Director of Human Resources for BMI Federal Credit Union in Dublin, Ohio.  She is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing all HR functions and ensuring alignment with the credit union’s mission and vision.  As a member of the management team, she participates in establishing and implementing organizational goals and objectives and serves as a resource in all aspects of HR. 

Stacy’s community involvement includes mentoring college students pursuing HR degrees in addition to serving on the Board of Directors for the Human Resources Association of Central Ohio (HRACO) for four years and the Central Ohio Chapter of Credit Unions with the Ohio Credit Union League for two years.

Stacy earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Mount Vernon Nazarene University and her MBA from Franklin University.  She also has her SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications.
