 Compliance and Learning Development Consultant:

The purpose of this position is to deliver, support and grow the programs and services of the Educational Services and Compliance Departments in the Columbus office.

Responsibilities include delivering HR, compliance and leadership training to members of the Association. This includes preparing course content, the creation of support materials (PowerPoint, handouts), developing proposals and winning the business. The successful candidate will also support the "hotline", fielding calls and provide advice on compliance with federal, state and local law as well as provide solutions to HR problems. Additional responsibilities include other compliance services such as handbook review and conducting internal investigations.

Must be a highly effective public and one to one speaker who possesses poise and polish. Must also be competent with Microsoft Office suite of products.

Requirements include a four-year degree, SHRM-SCP, 10 years of HR experience with the depth of knowledge in all human resource core competencies. JD highly desirable but not required.
