360 Degree Performance Reviews

The concept of 360 degree feedback has become increasingly popular. Companies have turned to this assessment tool to help improve the accuracy of performance feedback by enlarging the pool of performance measurement from one person (typically the supervisor) to multiple sources. These multiple sources represent the circle of influence around a person such as colleagues, direct reports, or other work associates such as internal or even external customers.

ERA can assist you with conducting 360 degree reviews so that they can be conducted in a confidential manner. We can collect feedback through either hard copy reports or on-line and will then prepare a report of the findings that can be given to the supervisor for discussion with the employee.
